Yes, you will receive the artwork you ordered as shown in the product listing. Please note that slight differences in colors may appear due to screen settings and lighting. For handmade and custom-made artworks, minor variations can occur, which make each piece unique.
Once your order is completed, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to your email address. If you have created an account, you can also view your order details and purchase history there. If you cannot find your receipt, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or commissioned artworks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an error with the order.
Some artworks may be restocked, while others are one-of-a-kind and may not become available again. If a piece you like is out of stock, feel free to contact us. We may be able to offer a similar artwork or create a custom piece inspired by your request.
We ship across Denmark and may offer international shipping on selected orders. Shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout. For custom commissions or special delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.
