“There are certain places that are not just built into the earth; they are built into our very DNA. For anyone from our region, Damascus is the beating heart, and the Umayyad Mosque acts as its great artery—pumping thousands of years of survival, faith, and culture directly into our veins.
When I look at this vast, sprawling cityscape, I am immediately struck by the artist’s intense color palette. The entire city is bathed in a fiery, blood-red and golden-orange glow. It doesn’t just look like a sunset; it looks as if the city is physically alive, glowing from the inside out. Amidst the dense, beautiful chaos of the surrounding rooftops, the great mosque stands as the unshakeable source of that lifeblood.
Much like my piece featuring the Citadel of Aleppo, I consider this painting an absolute cornerstone for Noah’s ARTery. I curated this piece for the collector who carries the Levant in their soul. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return procedure.
Custom-made, commissioned, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Exchanges for a different size, colour, or product are subject to availability.
Custom-made, commissioned, personalised, and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange.
